First of all, I want to start off by saying that I am not a professional cook or blogger; I simply love to cook and talk about food, therefore this is what this blog is all about; a place where I will share healthy recipes that my family and I have tried and enjoyed.
My husband and I have been consuming little to no sugar in our diet and have been feeling the positive effects of it. We feel great and want to continue on this path, yet we are both realistic and we will indulge in our guilty pleasures here and there, but from now on we will be paying more attention to our sugar intake. Therefore the recipes that I will be posting will be unique and health-conscious and/or healthy alternatives to our family’s favorite recipes.
As a new mom, I rather spend time with my babe, so most recipes that I attempt are pretty simple and will be from various cooks/bloggers/professionals. An attached hyperlink to their website will be in each post that I submit so that you can find their recipe and post on their website. I give the creator full credit!
