First of all, I want to start off by saying that I am not a professional cook or blogger; I simply love to cook and talk about food, therefore this is what this blog is all about; a place where I will share healthy recipes that my family and I have tried and enjoyed. The recipes that I will be posting will be unique, health-conscious and/or healthy alternatives to our family’s favorite recipes.
As a new mom (who will be returning to work in May), I rather spend time with my babe, so most recipes that I attempt are pretty simple and will be from various cooks/bloggers/professionals. An attached hyperlink to their website will be in each post that I submit so that you can find their recipe and post on their website. I give the creator full credit!
